Of course I shot more than just my TBSCon outfits in Charleston!!  I mean that city is a fashion blogger’s outfit photo dreams.  I have to give major props to our photographer Lauren who allowed Alice and I to drag her all around the city to take our photos.

Pencil skirts are one of my favorite work wear items.  I love finding them in beautiful colors and gorgeous prints.  I love the red and blue floral print of this Talbots one.  The print and color scheme make it work for this summer to fall transition time, but I also think it will be cute as we edge into winter.   For summer, I would style just like today’s post with a white blouse, simple gold jewelry, and nude heels.  I also think this skirt will pair well with a chambray top both now and in fall.  With a chambray, you could style it with bolder jewelry like this statement necklace.

For late fall and early winter, I would pair with a navy oversized sweater or maybe even a mustard yellow ribbed sweater.  With both, I would add a long pendant necklace and possibly even brown riding boots.

I love to pair floral prints with stripes!  This skirt especially will look perfect with a black and white striped tee.  Go sleeveless or short sleeve for now and change it up to a long-sleeve version for late fall/early winter.  I’m obsessed with these cute flats, and they would pair perfectly with the casual tee and pencil skirt combo.

This skirt is a statement piece, but the print and colors really give you tons of different outfit variations.  It’s something I look for when buying prints.  I want to be able to style it into very different looks, so people don’t even realize I am wearing the same skirt from a few weeks prior.
