It’s been awhile since I shared a work outfit, so I figured I would share one of my favorite styles to wear to work in summer – a pretty sleeveless blouse and skinny pants. I love easy outfits like this one for days when you are running late. If you follow some of my outfit posts on Instagram, then you know I LOVE these skinny work pants. I own multiple pairs because I wear them so much. They do stretch out with wear, so I buy mine a little bit tight because of this.

During the hot summer months, I love pairing them with sleeveless blouses. I buy all types and colors of this style blouse. I love when they have pretty details like the ruffle sleeve. I really like the semi-sheer ones because they breathe better. I wear them with these camis which are my go to and only ones I own. The straps are adjustable, and they are long. I purchased this particular blouse during the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale, so unfortunately it sold out. I went ahead and linked it because sometimes things will come back in stock as returns are made.

Another thing I love about sleeveless blouses like this one is that you can also pair them with shorts or skinny jeans and wear on the weekends. I mean how cute would this top be with some white denim and wedges or my new sneakers!! You can also tuck it into a pencil skirt for another summer work outfit. My office tends to be cold, so I will often pair mine with cardigans too. Alright, now that you have a little office outfit inspiration, let’s tackle this work day!!!
