Hello Ladies! How was your weekend? I took full advantage of the extra long weekend to shop, soak in some sun, catch up on blog work, and hang out with friends. I crammed in as much fun as possible. My favorite sale purchase is probably these shoes. They are perfect for Spring and Summer! I love the slightly lower than my normal heel on them to wear to outdoor events.
My off the shoulder love continues with this striped ruffle top. The stripes on this are navy and white, sometimes they look black depending on the lighting. I love this top for date night, happy hour, or girls’ night out. I wore this ruffle off the shoulder top out a few weeks ago with distressed jeans (seen here) for a casual happy hour with my girlfriends. I love that it can be easily dressed up or down. Also, it looks gorgeous with white jeans for a dressy daytime look. It also comes with a strap to wrap around the waist, but I prefer it loose and flowy.
Also, these double hoop earrings are my latest jewelry obsession. I have them in constant rotation for both work and weekends. I love the unique double hoop and the delicate simple style. The simplicity makes them work well with so many different outfits. Bonus, these earrings are only $10!
I hope you guys have a great rest of the day. Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to scroll down and check out the Style Link Up for more fabulous outfit inspiration!

Happy Friday!! How was your week? I attended a Justin Timberlake concert earlier this week, and it was soooo good! He’s such a good performer! I’m super pumped for this upcoming 3 day weekend. I have plans to spend as much time poolside as possible, and probably sale shop!
It’s no secret I love taking super casual pieces and finding ways to dress them up. I ordered this tee as something I could toss on over a swimsuit and wear with shorts to a pool party. I also think it is the cutest tee to dress up for a casual night out. Heels are the easiest way to dress up any outfit. I went with these taupe block heel sandals because I think they work for both casual and dressier looks.
Lace bralettes are the perfect companion to dress up an oversized tee. I love that it allows your tee to slightly fall off shoulder and still be cute. White jeans are another way to dress up a casual look, but I love mixing in distressed jeans to keep the look a bit more casual. I also added in some statement earrings because you can never go wrong with a great pair of earrings to enhance an outfit.
I hope ya’ll have a great long weekend!!

We are officially starting to get those hot summer nights, so I wanted to share a casual Summer outfit idea perfect for meeting friends for an evening cocktail. My favorite part of this look is these gorgeous pink statement earrings. They are the perfect pop of color, a fun design, and lightweight. Bonus, they come in at $13. Since I love wearing black, they will be the perfect addition to many of my outfits this summer.
I’m always on the hunt for lightweight tops for summer. The material on this bandeau top is perfect for the heat. It breathes, but it’s not see through. The stretch panel makes this top a little more comfortable and gives you more ease of movement than other bandeau styles. Cognac brown wedges were the perfect compliment to the black and pink and add a little bit more color to the outfit. I went with wedges for a more casual look, but you could easily dress this whole look up with some block heel sandals.
Ya’ll have a great week and thanks for stopping by!

Happy Friday!! Who is ready for the weekend? We are sunny and 90 here in Houston, so I plan to spend as much time as possible at the pool. After a few busy weekends, I pumped to have a good low key one.
I wore this red party dress to a Cinco de Mayo themed couple’s shower a few weeks ago. I had my eye on this dress for a few weeks. When I received the party invite, I knew it would be the perfect dress. It’s only $24!!! The fabric is thick and really good quality. The shoulders stayed down all night, and I received lots of compliments. This dress comes in quite a few other prints and colors too. I shared the ones I could find below.
I love pairing red and turquoise together. It’s a really fun color combo for Summer. I also went with my block heel sandals over wedges to dress up the look a little.
I hope ya’ll have a fabulous weekend!!
