Happy Friday and Happy Weekend! Can you believe Thanksgiving is less than a week away? I can’t either! I already put up my Christmas tree and started my holiday shopping. By the way, all my gift guides this year will have a dedicated spot HERE. I figured that would be easier than going through multiple posts. I also included gift guides of years’ past for even more ideas!
This long black tunic has come in pretty handy this fall. It’s great over leggings for a day at home, and it also pairs perfectly with skinny jeans and boots. It’s got some pretty good versatility to it being able to dress down or into a super chic night out look.
Six Ways to Wear a Long Black Tunic for Fall
WITH LIGHT BLUE JEANS
I love the contrast of the dark top with the light wash jeans. To keep this look leaning towards fall, I added in my dark brown mules. The black and brown combo is a fave of mine for fall.
WITH BLACK JEANS & DENIM JACKET
All black tops look great with a pair of black skinny jeans for a monochromatic outfit. I added in a blue denim jacket and brown booties to add some color to the overall look.
WITH DARK BLUE JEANS & TALL BROWN BOOTS
Still looking for a Thanksgiving outfit? Pairing this top with dark wash jeans and tall brown leather boots is the perfect fall combo! Plus, this top will help hide those extra servings of dressing and pumpkin pie.
WITH TAN LEATHER JACKET & FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS
To dress up this top for a night out with the gals, I added in some leather. These faux leather leggings add a chic factor to any outfit especially when paired with a pair of suede boots. For a little color, I added my tan leather jacket which also helps add a little edge to the look.
WITH LEATHER LEGGINGS & WHITE SHOES
Faux leather leggings are not just for a night out! I paired this tunic and leggings combo with a pair of casual white slides for a casual weekend or work from home outfit.
WITH CUTOFF SHORTS & COWBOY BOOTS
I live in Texas, even in fall it can be a little warm. I’m including one outfit with shorts for those of us living in a hot fall area. I also love this outfit for a rodeo our county fair. I added in cowboy boots to give this look a little bit of the western vibe. You could also go with a a pair of brown booties.
