Two White Statement Tops for Fall
TWO WHITE STATEMENT TOPS FOR FALL
If you don’t have a white statement blouse in your closet, I highly consider adding one. White short sleeve tops can be worn in multiple seasons and dressed up or down. They are great items for days when you just don’t know what to wear. These two white statements tops for fall are both great additions. The white tunic top is great for casual affairs with black jeans and brown boots, you can easily dress it up with a pair of heels too. The details on this tunic top really give a little bit of statement factor without being to over the top.
If you are looking for a bit more of a statement maker, this puff sleeve top is perfect for you. I love the big statement sleeves on this top! They definitely steal the show. The ruffle details and hem add the perfect amount of feminine flair. Dress it up with skinny jeans and heels for a holiday part or with flared jeans for a casual affair.

Velvet Mini Dress
Velvet Mini Dress
We are getting closer to the holiday season, and it’s time to start planning for your fall and winter holiday party outfits. Velvet is an easy go to fabric choice for a luxe look for your upcoming holiday parties. This velvet mini dress is the perfect choice for those surprise warm Thanksgiving and December days.
I wore this dress last month to our first anniversary dinner. I love how the velvet gives it a fancy look, but the flowy fit keeps it comfy. The overlay of this dress has velvet intermixed with sheer material which makes it great for warm weather. It’s also lined. The dark print is perfect for fall! You can pair it with black boots or heels depending on your event.
Need a layer for cooler weather? Add a dark pink or green blazer to dress it up or denim jacket to keep it casual.

Fall Western Inspired Outfit
Fall Western Inspired Outfit
Western style is having a moment, and this Texas gal is here for it. The Texas State Fair is in its last week, and my hometown had its county fair a few weeks ago which are both a great chance to break out your western wear. You don’t need cowboy boots and fringe to make the perfect western outfit. A little denim and turquiose will go a long way to creating a fall western inspired outfit.
For the two Texas events I mentioned, layers are a great option since the weather could be hot or cool. A light blue denim shirt is perfect for early fall and looks great layered over a simple white cami or tank top. To create contrast with my denim, I paired this light blue with a black skinny jean. A dark blue would work as well. In lieu of cowboy boots, I opted for my western style brown booties. Any pair of brown booties or boots will work with this outfit. The perfect way to complete your fall western inspired outfit is with a touch of turquoise. I went with my turquoise gold bangle, but earrings or a necklace would also work.
Take this western inspired outfit to the state fair, county fair, country concert, rodeo, or just out for a fun weekend with friends. It’s perfect for any casual weekend affair.

Layered Sweater and Polka Dot Blouse
Layered Sweater and Polka Dot Blouse
Back to back black and white tops, but it’s such a classic color combo and great for fall. If you need a blouse to add into your fall work wear rotation, this layered sweater and polka dot blouse is definitely one to consider. It’s a faux layered top which I find much more comfy than layering a button up blouse and sweater vest. The blouse underneath creates a waist flattering peplum flare at the bottom, and the polka dot print is a good professional print.
I paired this with bootcut jeans for business casual look. This top will pair well with slacks or even better a pencil skirt for a more professional outfit. Since the black and white polka dot can give off a gray illusion, I opted to pair this outfit with gray accessories from my heels to my silver jewelry. One great thing about black and white is that you can play with a fun statement color in your jewelry or shoes too.
