Five Ways to Wear a Graphic Tee
Hello Hello, back with a little fall fashion inspiration for you. As I add more casual pieces to my closet, I really wanted to give a graphic tee a go. Of course, I put my spin on it adding leather, heels, and a skirt to create five ways to wear a graphic tee in the fall. It’s a mix of warm fall days to casual looks to a night out all featuring a band tee.

FIVE WAYS TO WEAR A GRAPHIC TEE IN THE FALL
with a long cardigan and booties
A classic fall outfit combo. The olive green of the cardigan works really well with the ivory of the tee. Since the cardigan is long, I opted to tie the tee at my waist. This helps the two long tops from overwhelming my petite frame and can add a height illusion.

A leather jacket adds an edgy and chic feel to the graphic tee. The black jeans contrast well with the print on the tee, and my brown heeled boots add to the chic factor of the overall look.

For an ulimate comfy and casual look, toss on a pair of faux leather leggings, denim jacket and sneakers. The jacket and sneakers help create a dressed down casual look, and the leggings add just a hint of edginess and comfort.

with a leather skirt & booties
An easy way to dress up a graphic tee is with a chic leather or suede skirt and pair of heeled booties. I opted for a warm brown leather to work with the warm colors in the tee, and a black bootie to contrast the skirt and pull out the faded black of the print on the tee.

Living in Texas, I’m always thinking up ways to dress for fall and deal with that early fall heat. A pair of faded black jeans shorts are the perfect pair for early fall. I tossed on my brown western style booties to bring this outfit even more into fall.

What I Wore in October
I’m really sad to be saying goodbye to my perfect weather month. It was such a good one, and we had so many evenings spent relaxing outside on our patio. My fall outfits this month were a direct reflection of the mix of cool and warm weather including some sweaters and some tank tops. Now that we are heading into a cooler month, I’m predicting you will see more layered fall outfits in the next roundup.

Six Ways to Wear a Military Jacket
I’ve tried on so many military style jackets over the years, but I never pulled the trigger on any of them. I was worried I wouldn’t wear it enough. So when I found this gorgeous lace trimmed one, I sat down and made a list of all the ways I could wear it. Below are just six of the ways that I thought of all perfect for the fall season from date night, casual fall outfits, and holiday dinners. I styled it with heels and boots and booties, with plaids and solid neutrals and pops of color. Whether you’ve been thinking of picking up on of these or already have on hanging in your closet, I hope you found some new outfit ideas!
SIX WAYS TO WEAR A MILITARY JACKET
WITH PLAID AND BOOTS
This is probably my favorite of the six. I chose a plaid that was complimentary to the jacket color, all being darker fall colors.

WITH A CAMI AND HEELS
An easy way to create a dressy casual look add simple solid cami and heels. I chose to my floral print heels to add pop of color and print to the look. This outfit would be perfect for date night, dinner with friends, or casual Friday at the ofice.

WITH A POP OF COLOR AND BOOTIES
I pulled a few different colors to pair with this jacket, but this dark dusty rose is my top choice. I love how the two earth tones work together. Other colors I tried – yellow and purple.

One of the popular ways to style this jacket is with a fitted tank top and jeans. I added a pop of print with my snakeskin heels.

Date night ready! This jacket is the perfect light layer with my fitted dress. The feminine lace details on the jacket really add to the overall look too.

Six Ways to Wear a Light Blue Top
For the longest time, I would not buy many blue tops. I wore mostly blue jeans and worried it was to color matching. Fast forward to me embracing new jean colors and types of bottoms, and now I love a good blue top. This light blue is a current favorite shade. I think it has more of an earthtone feel than a royal blue or baby blue, but all of these outfits would work with those colors.
Details on this top – It’s a crop style. The sides are more where the crop length is, and the front and back are longer which I really like! The arm holes are a little wider, so I wear a white bandeau bra underneath it so my bra will not show. You could probably also do a low cut cami and tuck it in.

Black jeans and brown tall boots are my go to for fall outfits and blue tops.

The blue and gray shades work really well together! I always think brown when I think blue, and my brown heels were the perfect pop of color.

Find a blue shade that provides a slight contrast to your blue top. For a more royal blue, you may try a dark or light wash jean to provide the right amount of contrast. I went with the same brown shade in my booties as above, but light tan ones would work too.

FOR SPRING & SUMMER
WITH WHITE JEANS & FLATS
White jeans works with any color and really helps make the color pop! To keep my look more casual, I opted for a light tan pair of flats. Block heel sandals would work well to dress this outfit up a bit.

WITH DENIM SKIRT & MULES
To play off my favorite way to wear this color for fall, I pulled similar colors to create a spring and summer look. I went with faded black denim for a lighter summer feel, and my brown mules for my warm weather shoe.
