What I Wore This Winter
Happy Happy Spring Season! Before we hit the ground running with spring fashion, I wanted to do a quick look back at what I wore this winter. I gravitated to flowy long sleeve dresses, comfy sweaters, and cropped jeans (aka a petite gal’s best friend!). I’ve noticed my style needs slowly changing over the years and this year is all about rebuilding the closet. I’m looking to strategically add in basics that can be mixed, matched and worn across all seasons while also keeping up with the latest trends. As I enter my mom season, I’m also making sure my closet includes clothes and shoes that can be worn to chase and play with a baby. What I Wore: 5 Fall Outfit Ideas
Happy Holiday Season! I wanted to share a quick look back at some of my fall outfits from last month. My November was all about comfort as I planned many leggings friendly outfits. I did wear a great pair of flared black jeans that are petite friendly, yay!
I paired my two top pairs of black leggings with lots of tunic length sweaters and a go to black tshirt that I also own in white and purple. I know we are well past Halloween, but I also included a look at what I wore for Halloween. The sweatshirt is so soft and comfy that I’m still wearing it! I need to order another one from this place that’s not seasonal.
My December outfits have been a combo of jeans and leggings, so stay tuned for that one next month. I hope you have a great last week of 2023.

5 Work Dresses for Fall and Winter
My fashion item for 2023 was definitely dresses. They were great during pregnancy to work with a growing bump, and they’ve been perfect post-pregnancy to work on a consistently changing body type as my pregnancy weight slowly falls off.
I wore the spring and summer dresses from my previous post as long as I could before I finally started shopping for some fall dresses. I specifically wanted some work dresses that I could also were to church, holiday events, etc. Most of these dresses will feature a elastic waist band of some sort. I have found this helpful as my body and size is consistently changing. The elastic helps the dress fit longer as my waist size changes. Also a helpful feature if you wear to a dinner. 🙂
All but one of these dresses are under $100. The first is over, but is on sale for Black Friday for 30% off.
