This coat is one of my last Black Friday purchases I have to share with you.  It was finally cool enough this weekend to wear it!  Even without it being on sale the price tag is still pretty good right at $100.  Since we do not really have long winters in Houston, I try to look for coats under $100.  I have several pea coats and was happy to stumble across this more casual coat.  I’m 5’3, so I decided to order the petite to achieve a more fitted look.  I also added a link to the regular version too.  This jacket is super warm, but not at all bulky.  It’s one thing I also like about wool pea coats too, no bulk!  The faux fir trim is removable if that’s not your thing.  It’s attached with buttons, and the coat still looks cute when you take it off.  Of course it is warm again, so back in the closet this goes.  But it’s so stinking cute and comfy, I can’t wait to wear it again!  It comes in a couple other color options, and when I checked all sizes were still available!!  I feel like so many of my Black Friday purchases were sold out by the time I posted, so I’m happy to see this in full stock!  For size reference, I’m wearing a US 4.

It’s officially crunch time until Christmas!! I double checked my gift list, and now just have a little gift wrapping to do and I will be all set!  If you still need gift ideas, you can check out my Holiday Gift Guide page.  It is too late to ship without paying high shipping fees (although I have seen a few sites offering it free with a certain purchase amount), but many sites have a pickup in store option!  As long as a store is near you, you can order online and pick up many items same day as long as the item is in stock in the store.  Thanks for stopping by today and check back Wednesday for some cute Christmas outfit ideas!

That coat is such a gorgeous color! It looks great on you. I also love your booties and their deep vamp (is that the right term??). I’ve been all about the rolled jeans and booties look, and those booties seem made for it!

  7. LOVE that coat! I almost got a very similar on recently and then I realized I’m pregnant and it would fit for approximately 3,2 seconds…

That coat is amazing; I love it! It’s finally getting cold enough here to wear coats and I might need to add this one to the closet!
