Gray Striped Top + White Jeans & LINK UP

| OUTFIT DETAILS |
Gray Striped Top | White Skinny Jeans | Nude Wedge Sandals | Black Tote Bag | Coin Pendant Necklace | Elle Earrings | Cuff Bangle | Silver Bangle | Silver Mirror Aviators | Nails: Essie Blanc
Hello Ladies!
Hands down this gray striped top is one of my favorite purchases of late. I love the gray and white color combo, and the elongating (aka makes me look thinner and taller) vertical stripes. Each side also has cute button detailing on the bottom portion. The length work for me too. It provides the right amount of coverage with my skinny jeans and tucks perfectly into shorts (as seen here on Insta).
Heads up, if you are loving this top and want to purchase, it has been going in and out of stock since it arrived on my doorstep. So if it is out of stock or your size is unavailable, keep checking back because the stock level and sizes available is different everyday. I had to do that for a few days before ordering, and ya’ll it was worth it because it’s cute and comfy!
Shopping Tip: I will wish list the item in the size available, so I can easily find it when I want to check available sizes. This also works when you want to keep an eye on a higher priced item for a markdown sale.
Last but not least, I am officially launching my Style File blogger linkup today! You can find it here every Tuesday. Fashion bloggers feel free to share your latest fashion post. If you are just stopping by for a little outfit inspiration, scroll down for more!
Thanks for stopping by and ya’ll have a great week ahead!

Hello Ladies!! How was your weekend? I had a blast celebrating birthdays for a couple of my girlfriends. I mentioned the spin class party in Friday’s post, but I also attended a super fun and awesome surprise party at a roller skating rink. Obviously, I couldn’t mention that one Friday, just in case she happened to read my post that day. It was nostalgic and fun to go to the rink, and the bonus I didn’t fall! Both parties were fun and different, a nice change up from the usual dinner or drinks.
Sometimes on my lunch breaks, I love to head to Nordstrom to just browse/window shop and be around all the pretty clothes. It’s a nice break from the office to style outfits in my head and let my creativity flow for a bit. This bright yellow floral blouse caught my eye on one of those trips a few weeks ago. It’s such a fun, happy, and bright print. Looking at it just made me smile.
The top is sheer, and I’m wearing a white camisole underneath it. I personally like this lightweight sheer material, because it is going to make it more breathable during our HOT Texas summer. For the office, this top pairs perfectly with a pink or coral pencil skirt. For another casual look, you can pair this top with white jeans which makes the yellow pop even more.
I’m so excited to partner with Jessica of J. Petite today to co-host her blog link up. If you are a blogger, share your favorite floral outfit post in the link up below, and everyone should definitely peruse the photos below for some gorgeous outfit inspiration. Bell Sleeve Peplum Top + White Jeans

| OUTFIT DETAILS |
Bell Sleeve Peplum Top | White Skinny Jeans | Similar Black Wedges | Black Reversible Tote | c/o White Earrings | Pave Links Bracelet | Similar Gold Bangle | Rayban Aviators | Nails: Essie Blanc
Hey there and Happy Friday!!!
This stripe print and color scheme on this top is what first attracted me to it in the store, but I was a little unsure of the peplum/bell sleeve combo while on the hanger. Definitely one of those tops that looks way cuter on than hanging in my opinion. The peplum portion is such a fun detail and one that keeps growing on me. The peplum is perfect for pairing with skinny jeans or my skinny work pants and of course a cute pencil skirt.
Heads up to all my Nordstrom cardholders, we are currently in the middle of a triple points period on card purchases!! It’s one of my favorite times to purchase those items that rarely go on sale, because it’s like getting a discount.
I feel like 70% of the people I know have a birthday in May. This past week we celebrated my father and father in law, and this weekend we celebrate one of my girlfriend’s with spin class and brunch. They are only the beginning too. It’s going to be a busy month ahead! I hope ya’ll have a great weekend.

Weekend Casual Outfit in Yellow

| OUTFIT DETAILS |
Yellow Cutwork Top | Similar Distressed Jeans | Jeffrey Campbell Wedges | c/o Vera Bradley Crossbody (similar style) | c/o White Earrings | Bourbon and Bowties Bracelet Set (similar one and similar two) | Pave Links Bracelet | Mika Necklace | Rayban Aviators | Nails: Essie Minimalistic
Hello there and happy almost weekend! I can’t think of a better way to start this Friday than with a little weekend casual outfit inspiration.
I’ve had these shoes on my wish list for a few years now. With a Christmas gift card burning a hole in my pocket, I decided it was the perfect time to pull the the trigger and finally buy them. AND I am so happy I did. I kind of wish I would have purchased them sooner.
They pair perfectly with both jeans and dresses. For me, they fit true to size. They felt a little tight when I first put them on, but I loosened the laces which made them fit so much better. The leather also stretches ever so lightly with wear too. The laces tie in a bow, but I prefer to tuck it in for a cleaner look. I just place each half to the side, so it doesn’t show through the front part.
Yellow is high on my color crush list for spring and summer. I keep finding items in so many different shades, I love it! The mustard yellow is a great choice to work for fall too. This top keeps going in and out of stock, so I found more cute yellow tops below.
