TEN MORE DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! Yep that’s right, only 10 days!! It’s definitely crunch time for your online shopping orders unless you want to pay for expedited shipping. I’m helping you out with one last gift guide filled with gift ideas for the beauty lovers in your life. I love all the gift sets that come out around Christmas. It’s a great time to try minis of some of the top beauty brands for fractions of the price. Almost every type of beauty product has some sort of holiday gift set. A few of my favorites are the spa and mask type kits, lip, and nail kits. Some of these also make great ideas for gift exchanges or stocking stuffers! I included a few of my personal favorite beauty products in this guide. One of my beauty secrets to beautiful nails is this Dior Nail Glow. I wear nail polish a lot, like almost every day. The downside to this is that my nails sometimes have a yellowish stained tint, not the cutest. I use this Nail Glow when I want a natural nail look. It has a pink hue and gives the appearance of fresh natural manicure look. The pink helps cover up the yellow and even makes the white tip a little brighter. It’s a little on the pricey side for nail polish, but I think it’s worth it if you like to wear a natural nail look. I also included Essie nail polish which is my go-to brand for nail polish. Their polish only typically needs 2 coats and lasts for about 4ish days on my hands. If you are looking for a new scent, I love this Henri Bendel perfume. I’m really bad at describing scents, so you can check out the description on their site if you want a break down. I like that it doesn’t smell to sweet or fruity.

I love having a cute party ready shift dress in my closet during the holidays! Even though I make an effort to eat pretty healthy year round, something about the holidays makes me crave cookies, champagne, and party appetizers. A cute shift dress is perfect to hide any holiday over-indulgences. The drop waist ruffle trim really give this dress the party vibe. I like that it still has a modest feel to it too. It would be perfect to wear to church and then to your Christmas party, or would work well for an office party. I plan on wearing this dress out to events and probably work throughout the year.
I also have to mention some of my new jewelry pieces! I LOVE these earrings! My friend has had a similar pair for years, and I have always admired them. I love the fringe trim and the triangle shape. These are the kind of earrings you can wear with a dress or a plaid shirt and jeans. I also added this new cuff to my bracelet collection. I have had it on my Current Cravings selection for a few months, and decided to stop lusting after it and buy it during Cyber Monday. This bracelet looks perfect as a stand-alone, but also looks cute with the addition of a slim bracelet.
If you have any holiday online shopping to do, I would definitely look at placing your orders over the next couple days! I’m sharing two firsts on the blog today, first a teeny tiny peek inside my home and my adorable little pup’s first blog appearance. She insisted on walking through all the photos, so I finally gave in to her sweet little face and let her sit with me. No I didn’t let her eat the cookies, but they did help her sit still! She received her normal dog treats for behaving so well! This little cozy nook area in our living room is one of my favorite spots! I love the chaise lounge to relax in, and Harlow loves to cuddle up next to me. My winter loungewear often looks a lot like this outfit. I live in leggings or these sweatpants all the time around the house. They are both super comfy! I also wear lots of soft long-sleeve tees like this one. (yes, it’s the same from my last post.) I love a bit of a looser fit and length to wear over leggings. I also tend to wear long cardigans or a North Face fleece that I can easily take on and off as my temperature changes. This cardigan is really warm and thick, so perfect to wear around the house. It also looks super cute paired with jeans and boots to wear out too!
I recently upgraded my phone case to this cute CaseApp case that I designed! I love the color purple, but I am extremely particular about the shade. It has to be just the right dark color. I really liked being able to design everything from that perfect dark shade to picking a pre-designed quote (you can write your own too!) and the hearts. I love the contrast of the bright white on the dark purple. You can even add your own personal photos to the case. The best part is the case I received was exactly the same as the online version. I was worried the dark shade of purple would look different in person. I was so excited to see that it was the same color I had chosen and not lighter as tends to happen. I think in Houston we have finally entered fall for good. I can officially bring out my boots and scarves! This blanket scarf is so incredibly soft! If it came as an actual blanket, I would probably buy it! I love how a colorful scarf can take an outfit as simple as a plain white tee and boots and make it feel special. My long sleeve tee is also super soft! This tee was one of my Black Friday purchases. I really wanted a soft long-sleeve white tee. Something I could layer, wear alone, and lounge around the house in. I have heard this Stem tee was soft and comfy. I can confirm this is one of my softest tees!! I am definitely consider buying another white one and one in black while they are still on sale! I’m wearing a cami under mine because they are slightly sheer and I hate if there is even the slightest chance my bra will show through, but around the house I don’t wear the cami underneath because it isn’t that sheer. I’m also excited to welcome my new crossbody bag to my purse family! I have had my eye on this bag since it was released in early fall. I love the saddlebag look to a bag, plus it holds more than some of my thinner crossbody bags. I love the taupe shade because it works with a wide range of colors. This is one of those bags that I can carry year round and for years to come, so definitely worth the investment!
