Comfy Fall Outfit with Pink Sneakers
Happy Friday friends! Don’t be alarmed, I’m not only wearing flat shoes in today’s post, but flat sneakers. Yes it is true, I do on occasion like a really comfy pair of flat shoes for running errands or attending certain fall events that require lots of walking and standing. I recently added 3 new pairs of sneakers to my closet because I had worn out my 2 older pairs. Don’t worry, my heels, booties, and wedges are not going anywhere!
I find casual sneakers are perfect for running errands on weekends. When adding casual sneakers to my wardrobe, I try to find pairs that can work with jeans, leggings, shorts, and dresses. These pink sneakers fit the bill on this one. First off, super cute with a casual jeans and tee outfit, but they also work well with shorts and casual dresses. I did find they run a bit big and suggest going down half a size.
Keeping with my comfy fall outfit theme of the day, I paired my sneakers with a super comfy and cozy gray knit tee. The tie front design is great for my petite height especially when paired with a flat shoe, since I’m losing that long leg illusion from a heel. In addition to errand running, this outfit would be great for travel, kid’s weekend events, or a casual family day.
Speaking of family day, I have a weekend filled with family activities from my aunt’s birthday celebration to a family reunion. A comfy fall outfit like this one will definitely be on deck for at least one maybe both of my family events this weekend. I hope you guys have a great one and thanks for stopping by!

Umm, so I have totally been craving all the snakeskin printed things this season! I am so picky about my animal print and the way it looks, so I don’t usually gravitate so much to one print. Something about the snakeskin though, I am all about it for fall. One of the things I prefer to this snakeskin print verse other animal prints is the wide array of colors. I have found grays, browns, taupes, blacks, reds, and multi-color. Since snakes come in a wide array of colors, it makes the prints have a more natural look and gives me more colors to play with.
I’m obsessing so much over this print that I could not fit everything in just one graphic! My snakeskin heels have been on major repeat! I think shoes are a great way to add this print to an outfit. A belt or clutch purse are up next on my list as an easy add for a pop of print to a neutral outfit.
Ready to go big or go home – These snakeskin dresses are gorgeous and a definite statement maker. You can add a solid color belt to help break up the print. The tops are a great way to add this print to an office or layered look. Pair a top under your blazer for work or a leather jacket and jeans for the weekend. It’s adds just a hint of chic edge to your ensemble.
What do you think of the snakeskin print trend? Which piece would you add to your closet?

How to Wear Olive Pants in Fall
Hello friends! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty fun. A few friends and I attended the Greek festival on Saturday. It was my first time attending, and it was really fun. We enjoyed greek food, greek wine, and greek dancing. Afterwards, we stopped by the bar where my boyfriend and I had our first date! Overall it was a pretty event filled Saturday, so we followed it up with a pretty lazy Sunday filled with watching football.
Houston is finally getting some cool fall weather at the end of this week, and I am ready for it! While I tend to gravitate to blue, black and gray denim during the fall, I do think it’s fun to keep an olive pair of pants in the mix. One of my top tips on how to wear olive pants in fall is to pair with other neutrals or earth tones. A black top is an easy pairing for olive pants. I also added in a light beige cardigan and brown booties and tote bag to play on the earth tone colors. All together it creates the perfect casual fall outfit. The shade of the pants will also make them work in the spring too!
I hope you all have a fabulous week ahead!

White Wrap Blouse
Happy Friday! I don’t think there is a more classic and easy look than a white top with jeans and heels. It’s such a good combo to create a slightly dressy, but also casual and effortless outfit any time of year. With hight waist jeans growing in popularity, I have added a few shorter tops into my closet that pair well with this jean style.
This white wrap blouse is so cute with jeans and the silkier type material adds an instant dressiness to a jeans look. I opted to pair it with my tan suede heels to keep the overall look more classic. You could change it up with a fun color or print. I did still add a little bit of wow factor with my pink statement necklace. This top has the perfect neckline for short chunkier necklaces.
I also plan to layer this top under jackets and cardigans this fall and winter season. It will be cute with boots for a casual look or skirts and work slacks for an office outfit.
I hope ya’ll have a fabulous weekend!
